The construction of the first entirely Bulgarian investment in the region of the North Black Sea coast has started.The construction of the first entirely Bulgarian investment in the region of the North Black Sea coast has started. Varna company Express Garantion is the investor. The gated complex is called Topola Skies Golf&SPA resort and will cost 25 million euro. The luxurious complex will be located next to the village of Topola, near the town of Kavarna. Topola Sky is in close proximity to three golf courses - Gary Player's BlackSeaRama and Thracian Cliffs and Ian Woosnam's Lighthouse Golf Course near Balchik. Topola Skies will consist of several three- and four-storey buildings with total constructed area of 26 000 sq m. Natural materials such as stone, wood and rough plaster will be used for the complex' construction. The price of a sq m in Topola Skies is nearly 1350 euro. The complex is expected to be finished by the end of 2008.
